Oatmeal cookies are easy to make and tasty, for chunk chocolate and desert recipe twist, make no-bake cookies instead of traditional chocolate chip oatmeal cookies. The no-bake recipe calls for three cups of quick cooking oats, two cups of granulated sugar, one third of a cup of coco powder (unsweetened), one third of a cup milk, one stick of unsalted butter, and one and a half cups of any (favorite) chocolate cut in chunks.

For this chocolate dessert recipe, begin by preparing two cookie sheets with aluminum foil and set aside. Next simply melt the butter in the milk over medium heat, while the milk and butter are melting combine the sugar and coco powder in a small bowl and measure the oats into a large heat proof bowl.

The last step of this chocolate desert recipe is to add the coco and sugar mixture to the milk and butter, cook for three minutes (at a rolling boil). Remove from heat and mix into oats; after thoroughly combined fold in the chocolate chunks. Spoon rounded tablespoons onto prepared cookie sheets, allow cooling fully. Eat and enjoy!
